Dr. Ezzat Zakhary
Chairman
Doctor Ezzat has over 50 years of experience in running the family business built by his late father Aziz Zakhary who was one of the main founders of the most famous market in Egypt called “Wekalet El Balah”. Besides, he has been a practising dentist, managing governmental hospitals and private clinics since his graduation from dental school at the University of Cairo in 1965.
Sherif Zakhary

Mr Sherif has 20+ years of experience in banking and financial services in the UAE in client relationship management and investment advisory in institutions such as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Mubasher Financial Services, Dunamis Capital DIFC, National Bonds and more. He possesses direct exposure across all asset classes and sound domain exposure to local and world major capital markets, investment, deal appraisals, valuations, and private and corporate client advisory. He is a graduate of Commerce Ain Shams university (French section), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
Diaa Reda

Mr Diaa holds the position of member of the board of directors of the Non-commercial risks insurance fund. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial regulatory authority before his retirement as he held many positions with supervision responsibilities in the field of securities, insurance activities, insurance brokerage, microfinance, consumer finance and many more. He is specialized in corporate governance and supervision. Mr Diaa is a graduate of commerce from Ain Shams university.
Samar Gobran

Mrs Samar is a professional with over 15 years of experience in management, customer service, online marketing (social media & email marketing) and web design. She has diverse work experience in reputable institutions such as Emirates Airlines, Flip media and Bertelsmann in UAE. She holds a master’s of information technology from Nottingham University and a bachelor of BA from Arab Academy for Science & Technology.
Eng. Rami Louis

Eng. Rami has over 40 years of experience in managing and running businesses as well as establishing new ones. Mr Rami founded M Technology in 2004, as well as he held top managerial positions in reputable organizations such as Suez Canal Authority, Data Care, Data Egypt, Micro technologies and more. Mr Rami has accomplished many training courses such as Top quality management (ISO), Management quality (IBM) and many more. Mr Rami is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University in Cairo, with a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computers and Automatic Control Section.

Sherif Zakhary
Sherif is the managing director. He is a financial professional with over 20 years of experience. Started his career in 2000 in the family business – 60+ years of existence – in central Cairo, Egypt.
Sherif has over 14 years of experience in banking and financial services in the UAE, held several roles in the front line and investment advisory in several well-reputed organizations in Dubai. He has been responsible for investment advisory and direct placements, covering traditional asset classes and alternative investments, across GCC and major international capital markets.
Sherif is Commerce graduate Ain shams University french section, a marketing major – 2000 graduation-. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) since 2015, he is also a member of the corporate finance institute (CFI) financial modelling and valuation analyst (FMVA).
Karim Doss
Karim is board member finance and accounting. Karim has more than 22 years of experience in financial management, investments, business development, operations, and management consulting. He has managed and delivered several projects for startups, SMEs, as well as large private, government, and semi-government organizations in the Middle East; including M&A, finance transformation, performance improvement, due diligence, feasibility studies, and others.
He has prior experience working in Egypt, UAE, UK, France, with a span of responsibilities covering the EMEA region. He has also worked with PwC and several Fortune 500 companies.
Karim is a graduate of the French School of Management (DGCI) / Accounting major, Ain Sham University, with MBA studies at the American University in Cairo; and he is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial
Manager (CFM), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
